RollXO is a workout timer and routine builder that runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no cloud profile, and no signup. This page describes, in plain words, what information the app may use locally to keep your routines, history, and preferences in place.
A quick tour of the moving parts you control. None of these features require an account or network access — they live on the device.
Work, rest, and prep countdowns for Tabata, HIIT, EMOM, and stretch routines you build yourself.
Save as many routines as you like. Edit, duplicate, or delete them whenever — they belong to your device.
Finished sessions land in your timeline so you can see total time on the deck and the streak you have been building.
Each section answers one question. Skim it; the whole notice runs short on purpose.
RollXO keeps a small amount of information on your device to make the app work — the routines you have saved, the workouts you have completed, the trainer name you have chosen, and your default work and rest seconds. There is no device identifier, no account, and no advertising profile; this information stays on the device and is not linked to any other identity.
The on-device information is used solely to make the app work: to show your routines on the deck, to time your intervals, to log your finished sessions, to render your weekly chart, and to apply your chosen defaults to new routines.
Your routines, history, and preferences are stored in the app's local storage on this device. They remain there until you delete them from inside the app or uninstall RollXO, which removes them from the device.
We do not share your information with third parties. There is no advertising network, no analytics provider, and no attribution partner involved in RollXO.
From the app you can edit your trainer name, clear your workout history, delete individual routines, and tune every default duration. Uninstalling RollXO removes the on-device data.
You can also export a routine to your device's clipboard to share it, or import one a friend has sent you. This is always something you start: RollXO only copies a routine to the clipboard when you tap "Export," and only reads the clipboard when you tap import. Nothing is uploaded — where the copied text goes next is up to you.
RollXO is suitable for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and you wish to remove the on-device data, simply uninstall it from the device.
If this notice changes, the effective date at the top will move and the page will be updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app's About panel.
