This is the Privacy Policy for What's Your Price. It explains what the app stores, what it sends, and how your writing stays private. In short: your words stay yours — your writing lives on your device and stays there.
Everything you create in What's Your Price — your notes, the moods you tag them with, your tags, your name and your preferences — lives on your device and only your device. There is no sign-up, and nothing you write is uploaded, shared, or sold. The app does make a small number of network requests that carry no personal content; those are described plainly below.
Titles and markdown text you write, saved locally so they are there next time.
The mood and tags you attach to a note, used to build your heat map.
The display name and avatar you choose for yourself.
Editor text size, prompt visibility and motion settings.
Your preferences are stored as simple on-device settings so the app remembers them between launches. None of this is an advertising identifier, and none of it is ever reported off your device.
So the app can show the right content on launch and deliver reminders, it contacts our server at vexto.sbs. These requests never include your notes, titles, tags, moods, profile name, or anything you have typed.
A device identifier, your language, the app version and your device model — used only to decide which experience to show.
If you turn notifications on, the app fetches reminder text and images to show you later.
The device identifier is the one the platform gives apps for this purpose (Android's app-scoped ID, or Apple's vendor identifier). It is not your name, email or phone number, it is not shared with advertisers, and it resets if you uninstall the app across all apps from us.
Notifications are entirely optional and off until you turn them on. If you grant permission, the app schedules a local reminder on your device and downloads the text and image it will show. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings, and the reminders stop.
Your content is used for one purpose: to show it back to you inside the app — your library, your streak ring, the twelve-week mood heat map, and your writing stats. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond making the app work for you.
Notes and settings are written to your device's private app storage. They remain until you delete a note, use Clear all notes in Settings, or remove the app. Uninstalling What's Your Price removes the notes it stored on your device.
Because your writing is local, you are always in charge:
Change or remove any note at any time.
Wipe all notes in one tap from Settings.
A note only leaves the app if you choose to share it.
Removing the app removes your on-device data.
What's Your Price is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal details and keeps your writing on your device, so it does not knowingly gather information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a new date at the top. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
